Girish Kumarsingh BHOWAN is a dynamic individual who counts nearly two decades of core experience in the Offshore Financial Services sector. During this period, he has worked for some renowned financial services institutions. He has strong experience in fund formation, administration, compliance, islamic finance, legal and accounting.
He has extensive expertise in business set-ups world-wide. He has advised and assisted clients in the incorporation and business structuring of over 500 company structures within several offshore and onshore centres, including global business companies, fund structures, limited liability companies, partnerships, free-port, trusts and offshore set-ups. He has also advised corporate and individuals on optimum company holding structures, fund structures and inheritance planning.
He is a fellow member of Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) and a fellow member of the Institute of Directors (MIoD). He reads his GCE “O” level and “A” from the University of Cambridge.
He is currently the Chief Executive Officer and Founding Partner of Blue Poseidon Limited. In addition, He currently acts as directors for a number of companies, both Mauritian and international companies.
